Our principal is Jack Smugler, a Jack of all trades. Jack credits his personal and business philosophy to his father – a tailor from Poland who arrived in Canada after the war with no money or family but who built a new life, family and business based on honesty, integrity and service.

Jack’s hobbies include reading (particularly history, cosmology and quantum physics), scuba diving, canoe camping and weight training. He also practices mindfulness meditation in the Shambhala tradition.
