A Canadian trademark registration does not protect your brand in the U.S.  You must file separately for a U.S. trademark.  Due to new regulations, a Canadian cannot directly apply for a U.S. trademark, but must use a U.S. lawyer.  The only exception is for a registered Canadian trademark agent who has been Recognized by the USPTO to deal directly with USPTO for a Canadian resident.
